I've found my niche

When I started doing my own private gigs. I was looking to make extra cash so I didn't have to work part time for yet another boss

I had a few jobs here and there. But behind the scenes, I was doing things talking to people posting here and there getting a website working. I didn't realize I was planting seeds. Starting around late July of 2024 things started to pick up. From alAugust through the end of 2024 I was averaging 4 or 5 different events a month. Then I actually had some events in January and February.

The events went from anniversaries birthday parties holidays, girls weekends.Sprinkle in a few business parties.

What I did not see coming was bachelorette parties. Last year I had two bachelorette parties. I just booked a third this week and looking like I will book 1 or 2 more over the next month

And on top that last month at the Mohegan Sun casino, I had a booth at a bridal expo. I talked to several hundred perspective brides or for me bachelorette's

In a prior catering life, I worked at least 50 weddings. In my current incarnation, I do not plan on doing weddings. Too much hassle way too much food and that would mean hiring a lot of people. And headaches

But bachelorette parties are way less stress.Way more fun and the best part only me.

I never even thought of doing bachelorette parties. Somehow I have fallen into them I mean, living in Mystic Connecticut doesn't really hurt either. It could be more Mystic and less me. I will say it is me that makes me feel better.

I have enjoyed all of the parties.I've done, and I'm not joking.They all have been great in different ways. But even talking to the bachelorette party fun coordinator has been fantastic and the couple parties have been a hoot From my perspective at a bachelorette party, people are just looking to have fun. There's no stress.There's no pomp and circumstance. Just some good friends wanting to show the bride how much they love her and want her to be happy.

So I guess I've found my niché. Bachelorette parties are unique and I enjoy being part of the event.

I just booked my first bachelor party for April. These boys had better be on point because the ladies have been amazing.
