What's going on?

Posting and blogging is more difficult than serving a dinner for 16 people.

I'm serious. Prepping, cooking and serving is my wheelhouse. Putting out something anyone wants to read is definitely not my forte.

Anyway enough whining from me. As I have not posted since November. What's been going on?

A lot actually. Business has continued. November thru January was busy. February was decent for being cold as hell.

In late February I took part in my first expo. It was a bridal and health expo at Mohegan Sun. Definitely not my comfort zone.

But apparently going out of your comfort zone is a good thing. The response I received was incredible. Going forward my confidence and knowing I'm on the right path is confirmed.

Last year at this time. I had nothing going on until June. This year I've had business and lot's of interest running through August.

And strangely I have landed on the bachelorette party radar. Let me tell you they are fun.
